At zamzam trading bd we want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check a returned item, we process an approved refund — or a replacement, if you prefer. Refunds are made in BDT through the original payment method, or via bKash/Nagad for Cash on Delivery orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items — such as perishable goods, personal-care products and anything marked non-returnable — cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive faulty.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.
